ABOUT YOUR STAY

  • What time can we check in and check-out? Can we check-in earlier or check-out later?
  • Our check-in time is from 2pm or 3pm (check specific property description for accurate check-in time). Our check-out time is before 11am. Earlier check-in and later check-out can be arranged at a small surcharge. Please contact us for details.
  • Can I store my luggage before arrival and after departure in the apartment?
  • There is no baggage storage at the location of the apartments. You may store your luggage at Central Park Hotel located at 3-15 Wilberforce Road, N4 2SN, London.
  • How and where can I collect my keys?
  • Key collection varies on the location of your booking. For some apartments we operate a self check-in procedure upon which you may check yourselves directly to the apartment avoiding the check-in desk. For other apartments, we ask our guests to pick-up the keys from our sister Hotel nearby. As soon as we receive your booking, we’ll get in touch by email with check-in and key collection instructions. Key collection information is also available at the specific property description on our website.
  • Do you provide cots/extra beds for visiting guests? Are these chargeable?
  • We provide baby cots and high chairs free of charge. Extra beds can be added, depending on the number of guests already booked to stay in the apartment and the specific apartment. Please contact us for more information. There is normally a charge of £25 per night per extra bed.
  • How often do you service the apartments?
  • We normally service all apartments every 3 days unless we have agreed otherwise with you. More frequent housekeeping services can be arranged at an extra charge.
  • Are towels and linen provided in the apartment?
  • Towels and linen are provided for all guests booked to stay in the apartment.
  • Where can I find the access details for the free wifi?
  • All our apartments have free wifi. The access details (username and password) are affixed in the apartment.
  • Is there a hair dryer in the apartment?
  • All our apartments are equipped with a hair dryer.
  • Can I bring my pet?
  • Unfortunately pets are not allowed in the apartments.
  • Can I have a party in the apartment?
  • The beauty of staying in an apartment instead of a Hotel is to experience this great City like a real Londoner! We therefore ask our guests to respect the other tenants and neighbors like they’d have done back home. “Don't do unto others what you don't want others to do unto you.” Many of our guests staying in neighboring apartments or the neighbors of the residential properties next door seek for quietness and relaxation. We therefore operate a strict no-party, no-noise policy.
  • What happens if I have a problem on arrival?
  • We provide our guests with a 24/7 helpline – 0044 (0) 207 354 5850 (Central Park Hotel) for any evening/weekend emergencies or problems on arrival after hours. Our offices are open from 09:00-18:00 every day and we may be contacted on 0044 (0) 203 637 0064.


PAYMENTS

  • I provided my card details during booking online on external sites. Why do you ask me to pay via the secure link?
  • The card details provided online on external sites are only used to secure a booking. We avoid taking payment in the absence of our guests and we therefore, ask our guests to pay using the secure link as part of our self check-in procedure.
  • I can see a charge on my card but my booking confirmation says that I will pay on arrival.
  • We’d never charge your card in your absence if the condition of your booking is payment on arrival. However, if we deem necessary, we will preauthorize your card for the amount of the first night to secure your booking.
  • Is it safe to use my credit card on the secure link provided by you or on your website?
  • Absolutely. We go a long way to ensure the security of payments. Both the link provided by email and our website constitute secure methods of payment, they are PCI compliant and require your password via 3D secure to ensure a lost or stolen card cannot be used.
  • How do I pay, and when do I pay?
  • We accept payment by all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro). Payment by bank transfer can also be arranged if required. The payment due date is dependent on the conditions of your booking. For non-refundable bookings, payment is required on the day of booking. We’ll be in touch once we receive your booking with check-in and payment instructions.
  • Am I charged extra if I pay by credit card?
  • No, there are no extra transaction fees added to your booking value if you decide to pay by credit card.
  • Do I have to pay an accommodation deposit and will it be returned back to me?
  • Depending on the conditions of your booking, it might be necessary for you to pay an accommodation deposit. Full terms of this will be made available to you before you book.
  • Do I have to pay a breakage deposit?
  • When deemed necessary and depending on the property booked, we will ask you to pay for a breakage deposit. The deposit will be returned to you (assuming the apartment is left in the same condition), 48 hours after departure and it usually takes from 3-5 days to clear in your account (i.e. up to 7 days after departure).

  • Is the price shown per person?
  • The price shown is for a whole self-contained apartment! Isn’t that great! You save lots by staying in our apartments as opposed to staying in a Hotel in the same area!
  • How do I reserve an apartment? When is my booking confirmed?
  • You may reserve an apartment using our online booking and you will receive a confirmation from us straight away!
  • When/How will I receive my confirmation?
  • You will receive a confirmation email from us straight after you have made a booking. If you haven’t received your confirmation email, please check your Junk folder.
  • What is included in the rate?
  • Our prices include the accommodation fees, utility bills (gas, electricity, water, council TAX) and services (housekeeping, linen and towels) and wifi. What a deal!
  • I’m trying to book online, but the website says I can’t, what shall I do?
  • Booking online should be straightforward but we can always take your booking over the phone – please don’t hesitate to get in touch!
  • Can I start my stay on any day of the week?
  • Absolutely. Tuesday, Friday, Saturday – it doesn’t matter!
  • Do you have a minimum stay?
  • Most times you may stay with us from 1 night only! In some rear circumstances, we find the need to operate a minimum stay of 2-3 nights for some properties.
  • Is there a special rate for longer stays?
  • The longer you stay, the better value you receive. Typically there will be a lower rate available for stays of over 7 days and stays of over 28 nights. These are automatically calculated while booking online. Try it here! If you need further information please to get in touch!

  • What is a serviced apartment?
  • Serviced apartment is a great alternative to a Hotel room. Why stay in a cramped London Hotel room when for a much better stay you can live like a real Londoner, enjoy the comfort and space of an apartment, relax on the sofa, watch TV and most importantly spend time with your loved ones.
  • What does a typical apartment look like?
  • Each apartment is different but all apartments are self-contained with their own kitchens and bathrooms. Take a look at our apartments here!
  • What facilities are available at the apartment?
  • Typically all of our apartments have living space, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. All rooms of our 1-bed apartments are converted into bedrooms to offer you the comfort of sleeping space. All apartments are supplied with fresh linen and towels. Kitchens are equipped with a range of utensils, crockery, cutlery and appliances (microwave, oven, hob, frigde/freezer, toaster, kettle).
